If you have connected Amazon Buy Shipping and started shipping but are receiving the error message: "A valid Amazon Order ID can not be found for this order"
This means that we are unable to identify a valid Amazon Order ID in any of your shipment references. Amazon Order IDs are in the format 3-7-7, e.g. 123-1234567-1234567. A valid Amazon Order ID is required by Amazon to complete a shipment purchase request and obtain a shipping label.
