If you have connected Amazon Seller-Fulfilled Prime, and started shipping but getting the below error message:


A valid Amazon Order ID can not be found for this order.


This means that we are unable to pull down an Amazon Order ID from the store you have connected with us, meaning you can't use our Amazon Prime integration yet with your sales channel.


Amazon Prime can be used with Brightpearl, Magento (if you have M2E plugin) and manual shipments. For an updated list of channels compatible with Amazon Prime, please contact our Support team.
