If you receive the error message "BadRequest Unable to find a matching product/service combination" when trying to book a shipment with Asendia, this means that the selected courier service and/or format are not valid for the shipment destination.
Please try booking the shipment again with a different Asendia service or format or get in touch with your Asendia account manager who will be able to advise further.
