The method below for adding Bundles only works for Pallex integrations set up before December 16, 2024. If you're using a Pallex integration created after that date, make sure to ship Bundles using Shiptheory's Package. You can find more details here: Shipping Pallets and Bundles with Pall-Ex
When shipping pallets with Pall-Ex, you may also need to ship other items in the same order but in a different format (eg tube, box, etc). These are referred to as "Bundles".
Before proceeding, make sure in your advanced Pall-Ex settings in Shiptheory you have entered a Bundle Description exactly as it appears on your Pall-Ex account. If the description does not match exactly, the bundle will be ignored. Please contact the Pall-Ex support desk if you are unsure what your Bundle Description is.
When booking in a Delivery or creating Shipping Rules with Pall-Ex, you will now be able to add up to 3 Bundles from the "Enhancements" drop-down menu. (See Images Below)
You must select a Format (Pallet Size) to use bundles, as Pall-Ex will not allow you to send bundles on their own.
The order must include a Pallet.
