When booking in shipments with ILG, any duties and taxes on a shipment are paid by the shipment's receiver by default. You can optionally select to pay for any import duties and taxes for your shipments for destination countries where this option is supported by ILG.

To set this option, navigate to your ILG settings in Shiptheory and click on the grey Advanced Settings icon in the bottom-left and scroll down to the Who pays any Duties & Taxes option:

Simply, select who you would prefer for any import duties and/or taxes and click Save.

You can also specify whether the shipment is DDP within your rules as an enhancement, if this is left blank and you don't specify this, we will use whatever value is specified in the courier settings above as a backup (DDP/DDU)

Dutiable Destination Countries
