If you receive either or both of the messages below when attempting to book an Age Verification shipment with Parcelforce, then it indicates that the Age Verification service has not been enabled on your Parcelforce account:

NamedRecipient is not enabled for product

PersonalParcel is not enabled for department

Please contact the Parcelforce help desk on 03448 006205 and request that the Age Verification service be enabled on your account before retrying.
