Connecting DPD Germany with your Shiptheory account is really quick and straight-forward. This guide will get you started in no time!
Before you Start
You will first need to contact your DPD Account Manager to request DPD WebServices API credentials for your account. You will be sent an email containing a Delis ID (Username) and Password. We will need both of these and your DPD Customer Number.
Connecting with DPD.de
From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the 'Manage Carriers' option from the drop-down menu:
From the next page, scroll down to Connect a New Carrier Account and click on the DPD.de logo to activate the courier on your Shiptheory account:
You will be redirected to the new DPD.de Account Details page:
Enter your DPD Customer Number, Delis ID, Password and a basic description of the goods you will be sending with Sendle
Click the Test Connection button below to verify your details are correct and Shiptheory can connect to your account. All going well, you should be greeted with success:
If you receive an error, double-check you have entered your Delis ID and Password correctly - it is recommended to copy-and-paste these directly from the email you received from DPD.
