Before you start
You will need to contact Landmark Global to request the API credentials for your account that Shiptheory will need to connect your accounts. You will be emailed a Client ID, Username, Password and Region. All four credentials are required.
If you have multiple Landmark Global accounts, you will also need to know the Account Number of the particular account you would like to connect with Shiptheory.
Connecting Your Landmark Global account
From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the Manage Carriers option from the drop-down menu:
From the next page, scroll down to Connect a New Carrier Account and click on the Landmark Global logo:
Landmark Global will be activated on your Shiptheory account and you will be redirected to the Account Details page.
Enter your Landmark Global Client ID, Username, Password and Region (and Account Number, if necessary) into the respective fields along with your operating currency and a basic description of the types of items you will be sending with Landmark Global.
Once you have entered your details, click the Test Connection button below to verify your details are correct and that Shiptheory can connect to your account. All going well, you should see a confirmation message:
If you receive an error, double-check you have entered your credentials are correct and try again. Double-check you have selected the correct Region for your Landmark Global account. If you have multiple accounts with Landmark Global, make sure you have entered an Account Number.
