Upon requesting your Royal Mail OBA account to be integrated into Shiptheory, you will likely be asked to provide your Royal Mail PLN, or Posting Location Number.
The Posting Location Number in your OBA account is a ten digit long number that is used by Royal Mail to acknowledge your shipping location and it is needed when using Royal Mail with Shiptheory.
The PLN should be visible on your Royal Mail paperwork alongside your account number, or, failing that, you will be able to acquire it by contacting your Royal Mail account manager.
