Within the UPS settings in Shiptheory, you can enter the dimensions of your packages. This will be the size of the packages that we send when booking in shipments with UPS.
If you do not want/need to send the dimensions of your packages, you can stop this from happening.
Within the settings, if you set each the width, height, and length to 0, it will stop Shiptheory sending a package's dimensions to UPS.
Once you have done this, make sure to hit Save!
