Whilst it's a requirement to specify both the weight and size of your parcels when booking a shipment using the Sendle website, only your parcel's weight is required when booking Sendle shipments via Shiptheory.

If however, you would like to specify the dimensions of the parcels you book with Sendle, you have two options to do so.

Default Parcel Dimensions

You can specify a set of default parcel dimensions that will be submitted with every parcel booked with Sendle unless another parcel size is specified at the time of booking (more about this later).

To set, from your Sendle settings page, in the bottom right, click the Advanced Options icon and scroll down to the Default Parcel Dimensions option. Enter the default Width, Height and Length you would like to use.

Parcel Formats

When setting up your shipping rules or manually booking a shipment, you can optionally select a parcel format to declare your parcel's volume. The formats are predefined by Sendle as below and are specific to whether you are sending from Australia or the United States.
