You may notice  when adding a product table to your integrated labels, that the product table is empty and looks like this:

If this is the case, there are a few things to check; 

  1. That the products you are sending are definitely included in the order on your channel side, and will therefore have come through to Shiptheory.
  2. Make sure that the products in your channel itself have SKUs attached to them, as Shiptheory itself won't pull through the information and display it on the table if the product doesn't contain a SKU.

Once you have added SKUs to the products in your order, you should notice that any future orders containing those products will fill out the product table.

You are also able to hit "retry" on older orders once the products are updated and the information will update when the order is rebook.
