Labels produced through Shiptheory with DPD can only be tracked once they have been physically printed out

Within Shiptheory you are able to check whether a label has been printed out or not.

Check a label has been printed:

When on your Shiptheory Dashboard, select the order you want to check and choose the View option. This will open up a new pop-up window with the shipment's details and history.

From this new pop-up window, scroll down to the section at the bottom called Shipment History. This is where the entire history of the order, from the moment it came into Shiptheory is recorded.

If the order has been previously printed out through Shiptheory, it will be recorded with the Shipment History. The message will include the date and time of when this label was printed out.

The exact message for printing may vary depending on your own Shiptheory setup. These may include, but are not exclusive to, the below printing-related messages.

  • Printed & Archived by [Shiptheory Username]
