When sending an order through from DEAR into Shiptheory, one of the fields that is also included is the delivery instructions. Within DEAR, the field on an order that this information can be inputted is called the Shipping Notes. The shipping notes can be viewed and edited in two locations on an order with DEAR, these are detailed below.
Shipping Details:
Within the Shipping Details section of the order, the Shipping Notes field can be found. In the image below, it is highlighted in red.
Shipping Label:
When selecting the Shipping Label button to send an order through to Shiptheory, before you click the Generate Label button, you can also view and edit this field here. On this pop-up window, the field is called Delivery Instructions.
If the field has already been completed within the Shipping Notes (detailed above), this field will already be filled in.
