When Shiptheory books in a shipment with APC, we return a shortened version of the consignment number to be used on their tracking page here.
However some channels may require the full consignment number to be returned, for those cirucmstances we now have an option within the APC carrier settings within Shiptheory that allows you to specify which of your channels we'll return the full consignment number to.
