In order to fully comply with Amazon's Data Protection Policies, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for Amazon customers can only be made available for 30 days from when shipments are downloaded into Shiptheory.
After 30 days, all PII for orders and shipments originating from an Amazon channel integration or shipped via Amazon Shipping or Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment carriers, is removed from Shiptheory's servers, including the customer's name, street address, email address and telephone numbers.
All shipment information such as order and tracking numbers, shipment value, weight, product information and shipment history will remain available on your account.
Once PII redaction has taken place on a shipment, a note will be added to the shipment history for that order as below:
Since PII is completely removed from Shiptheory's servers, we are unable to retrieve any data once it has been redacted.
