To book a shipment to be delivered at a specific time with The Pallet Network, you will need to select a Booked Slot or Timed service when setting your TPN shipping rules or booking a shipment.
How to specify a Delivery Time
You will also need to specify the desired delivery time into the shipment's delivery instructions; Shiptheory will then detect and use this time when booking the shipment.
Into your delivery instructions field add the delivery time in a 24-hour format, on a new line and in the following pattern (where HH is the hour and MM are the minutes):
delivery_time: HH:MM
For example: delivery_time: 13:45 for 1:45 PM
