Connecting Aramex to your Shiptheory is easy, just follow the steps below to get shipping.
Before you get started
You will need an online Aramex account and an Account Number, PIN and Entity set up with Aramex.
You can apply for an Account Number, PIN and Entity once signed in to your Aramex online account, or get in touch with your Aramex account manager.
Connecting Aramex
From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the 'Manage Carriers' option from the drop-down menu:
From the next page, scroll down to Connect a New Carrier Account and click on the Aramex logo:
The carrier will be activated on your Shiptheory account and you will be redirected to the Aramex carrier settings page.
Enter your Aramex online account Username and Password into the respective fields and then the Account Number, PIN, Entity and Country Code for the account you wish to connect to Shiptheory.
Once you have entered your details, click the 'Test Connection' button below to verify your details are correct and Shiptheory can connect to your account. All going well, you should see this:
If you receive an error, double-check you have typed your username and password are correct and try again.
