The services that are available in your Shiptheory account with Caribou are sent directly from your Caribou account. If you would like to add a new service with Caribou, you will need to contact your Account Manager with them.


Can't see a Caribou service in Shiptheory?

If you have a new service available with Caribou and cannot see it in your Shiptheory account when you are attempting to book in a consignment, you can refresh the list of services.


To do this, hit Save in your Caribou setting in Shiptheory, this then sends the full list of available services in your Caribou account to Shiptheory.
