Error: "There was an error loading the shipping label. It could be that the shipment is too old to print" Print

After successfully booking any carrier shipments, Shiptheory will save a copy of the shipping label(s) on its servers for 50 days after which it will be deleted.

If you try to reprint any shipping labels after this time you will receive the error message above and will need to book a new shipment.
