Shiptheory can be configured to ask to send shipment email notifications to your customers for each of your booked shipments. This is easy to configure, just follow the steps below -

Enable Shipment Notification Emails

From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the blue menu bar and select from the menu:

At the bottom of the page, click on the grey Advanced Settings icon:

Scroll down the page to Notification Emails and change the Send Shipment Notification Emails? setting to Yes, Send Notification Emails:

You will also need to complete the following fields in order to be able to save your GLS settings:

Sender Name
What name would you like the email notifications to appear to be sent from?

Reply Address
To which email address would you like any replies to be sent?

What would you like the subject of your notification email to be? For example, "Your Order Has Shipped!"

Contact Name
What name would you like your emails to appear to have been signed from?

You can also optionally enter a contact telephone number which will be added to the bottom of any emails for your customers to get in contact.
