If you book multiple shipments to the same delivery address on the same day, APC has the option to consolidate the shipments into a single consignment. This setting is set at an account level by APC, and not something Shiptheory can control.
If you wish to change this option, to enable or disable shipment consolidation, you will need to contact your local APC depot.
