When sending labels directly to your printers, the Shiptheory Print Client allows Shiptheory to communicate directly with your printers.

In some cases, you may not be able to reach the Shiptheory Print Client from your device due to network restrictions on your device or network. If this is the case, you may need to ask your IT Administrator to whitelist the below IP Addresses and Ports.

What IP Addresses and Ports does the Shiptheory Print Client Use?
The Shiptheory Print Client uses the below IP Addresses.

  • 5.10.27.35
  • 5.10.27.36
  • 5.10.27.37
  • 5.10.27.38
  • 5.10.27.39
  • 51.89.234.183
  • 51.195.131.83
  • 5.10.23.32/27 (that is, 5.10.23.32 - 5.10.23.63)

The Shiptheory Print Client requires either port 443 or port 6123 to be open so it can make outbound TCP connections.
Both do not need to be open as the Client will try both and use the first one that works.

If you're looking for Shiptheory's other IP addresses for non Print Client issues, they can be found here.
