When booking in your WooCommerce orders through Shiptheory, you might get the below error:
"Failed to update Woocommerce. 403 error connecting to WooCommerce."

The reason this may be happing is that you have a firewall setup on your WooCommerce and it is stopping Shiptheory from updating the order again with tracking information.


How Can I Fix This?
To stop this, you should ask your system administrator to whitelist the IP addresses and Ports that Shiptheory uses at both your WebHost and any proxies. The IP's and Ports Shiptheory uses are listed below:

  • 67.227.254.115
  • 69.16.195.57

  • 172.94.14.108
  • 185.52.109.17 

  • 5.10.27.39:443

  • 81.133.234.202


The ports Shiptheory uses are 80, 443 and 6123.
