When sending shipments via Royal Mail, you may want to send alerts to your customers about their parcels. This is possible with some select services, like Tracked 24, Tracked 48, etc.


These are the available notification options:

  1. Email & SMS Notification
  2. Email Notification
  3. SMS Notification


How to enable this?


On your shipping rules page, add a new rule for Royal Mail (if you don't have one yet). Select the services you want to use, like Tracked 24, for example.


Under the Add some enhancements field, click the dropdown option and select the desired notification option.
