It is possible to include delivery instructions when booking FedEx shipments with Shiptheory. Delivery instructions are only supported with Freight and Ground Home Delivery services in the US and all Intra-UK services.
Can I view the Delivery Instructions in Shiptheory?
You are able to view the Delivery Instructions that have been included on an order by selecting View from the shipment menu. On the popup you are able to see all the information from the order including the Delivery Instructions (You may need to scroll down).
