You can set the default package dimensions sent to Amazon when requesting a shipping label. This can help Amazon to provide valid shipping service options and ensure you pay the correct amount for the postage purchased.
Set Default Package Sizes
To set your default package dimensions, go to your Amazon Buy Shipping settings page in Shiptheory. Enter the width, height and depth of your parcels in centimetres and click the Save button to save your changes.
Shipment Format Options
Amazon offers a list of predefined package sizes available in Shiptheory under the Formats list. When creating a shipping rule or manually booking a shipping label, you can select one of these package sizes to be used instead of your default dimensions.
