If an order label prints with the message "Router Label Required", it means that the API to the delivery partner has failed.
There is nothing extra that needs to be done with the order in Shiptheory, it is still able to be sent
All that needs to be done is to make sure that both labels printed are put onto the package, Parcelforce will then deal with it on their end.
