With any shipping rule conditions that are in a "string" format, you are able to to wildcard them. E.g. shipping methods, skus, postcodes etc.
To do this, you'll simply need to type the part of the criteria that will match everything you need, and then use a * symbol afterwords.
For example, if a customer wanted all "BS" postcodes to go on one rule, you would type in "BS*". Or, for a shipping method example, if a customer wanted all shipping methods containing the word "prime" to be on a rule, you would type in "prime*".
