It's easy to connect DHL.de with your Shiptheory account. The guide below will detail how and explain the options available to you.


Connecting DHL DE

From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the Manage Carriers option from the drop-down menu:


On the next page, scroll down until you see DHL.de listed, click it to enable it within your account. It shouldn't be too far down, the list is in alphabetical order.


DHL.de will be activated on your Shiptheory account and you will be redirected to the DHL.de settings Page.



Enter your DHL.de Customer Number, Business Portal username and password into the respective fields on the page:


Then underneath, enter the corresponding Contract Billing Number for each service that you would like to use with Shiptheory. At least one Contract Service Billing Number is required:

Once you have entered your details, click the Test Connection button below to verify your details are correct and DHL.de can connect to your account. All going well, you should see this:


If you receive an error, check you have correctly entered your Customer Number, Username, Password and have entered at least one correct Billing Number and a Description of Goods and try again.
