When making the final delivery, the UPS delivery drivery can override whether the delivery address is a Residential or Business address.
If you have set your UPS "Residential Addresses" setting in Shiptheory to "Never Residential", this might not mean that you will never be charged a Residential surcharge on all of your shipments.
