In order to enable the FedEx Electronic Trade Documentation (ETD) option in your Shiptheory FedEx courier settings, you will need to upload a letterhead and signature image to be used in the generation of your Commercial Invoice documentation.
- Your images should be saved in a PNG or GIF format only.
- Your letterhead image can be a maximum of 750 pixels wide
- Your signature image can be a maximum of 240 pixels wide by 25 pixels tall
- You can upload smaller images, but these will be stretched to fit the full area(s) for the images
There are no hard-and-fast rules about what these images should contain (of course, the signature image should be a signature!), but to help guide you as to how they are used, below is a sample FedEx ETD Commercial Invoice highlighting where and at what size each image is used -
