Overview
In Shiptheory, once an order is booked in with Tuffnells, orders appear on the Tuffnells manifest. This can be viewed and edited from within Shiptheory, before it is printed and given to the Tuffnells driver.
Before a user can go 'live' with their Tuffnells account, a test pack containing some test labels, a copy of the paper manifest and a copy of electronic manifest must be submitted to Tuffnells team. This is so they can check that everything in your account is working before real labels are created. We can do this for you, once you have connected your account using the instructions below, just get in contact with our Support Team.
Set Up
To connect Tuffnells to your Shiptheory account, please find them on our Carrier Integrations Page and click it to enable the integration. The integration list is in alphabetical order. This can be seen below:
Once you have done this, you will be taken to the Tuffnells Setup page. On this page you will need to enter 4 pieces of information to allow us to connect your Tuffnells account to Shiptheory.
Tuffnells Account Number:
This 8 digit number is used to identify your Tuffnells account. If you do not know this, contact your Tuffnells account manager as they will be able to find it for you.
Latest Collection Time:
This is the latest time Tuffnells can collect shipments from you. This has to be between 15:00 and 17:59. This also should be at least 30 minutes before your Tuffnells depot closes.
Tuffnells FTP Username:
Shiptheory sends an electronic manifest to Tuffnells at the end of each day, to be able to do this we need your FTP login. If you need an FTP login, you can request one by emailing tec.requests@tuffnells.co.uk

Obviously, this is just the password associated with your FTP username.
Once you have entered all these details, click 'Test Connection'. If the green tick appears, you have successfully connected your Tuffnells account.
If this is not the case for you, please get into contact with our Support Team.
