In your Parcelforce settings page within Shiptheory, you're able to set which notifications you'd like to be sent to your customers to update them on their shipment's delivery.
You can find the setting on your Parcelforce settings page as long as you have Parcelforce set up on your account.
You can choose from the following notification types:
Domestic and International
-Email Notification: A notification of despatch sent via email.
Domestic only
-SMS Shipment Despatch: A notification of despatch sent via SMS.
-SMS Delivery Day Notification: A notification that's sent to the customer on the day that the shipment will arrive.
-SMS 1-Hour Delivery Slot Notification: A notification that's sent to the customer to notify them about their 1 hour slot for their package delivery.
-SMS Attempted Delivery Notification: A notification that's sent to a customer when a delivery attempt has been made.
