If you are shipping pallets manually with Palletways, it is possible to use the package weight field to control the number (quantity) of each pallet type. To enable this feature, visit the Advanced settings from the Palletways settings page within your Shiptheory account. The advanced settings can be accessed by clicking the cog in the bottom left corner.
With this feature enabled, when shipping pallets, the "Weight (Kg)" field becomes the pallet quantity field. For example. in the below screenshot, a consignment would be created containing 4 pallets. 1 Full Pallet, 1 Half Pallet and 2 Quarter Pallets. The weight sent to Palletways on the consignment will be taken from the order/shipment weigh field from your sales channel.
