Any Tuffnells labels Shiptheory creates can be viewed and printed directly from your Shiptheory account. At the end of each day, Shiptheory electronically transfers label data to Tuffnells. On the following day, consignments created on the previous day will be trackable on the Tuffnells Proof of Delivery web site.
Tuffnells Web Portal
Labels created by Shiptheory will not show in the Tuffnells Web Portal (Tpeweb.co.uk). This is a limitation put in place by Tuffnells. Please contact Tuffnells for more information. You can, however, view your consignments via the My Tuffnells customer area though at www.mytuffnells.co.uk.
