It is important for security reasons, that when applying to connect your Royal Mail OBA account with Shiptheory, that your OBA account number and email address are entered exactly as they appear in OBA. Providing even slightly different details can delay the setup process.

You may have an account with Royal Mail setup already but without an OBA profile. If you are sure you have a Royal Mail account but being told you do not have an OBA profile, please call the OBA Helpdesk and ask them to setup an OBA profile for your account.
