If you don't want to receive a copy of your order bookings via email when you book Royal Mail shipments, you need to remove your email address as follows:
- Go to https://emea.netdespatch.com
- Log in with your user ID and password.
- Click 'My Profile' at the top (near logout).
- Click Edit beside the Settings section showing the Booking Email, Confirmation Email and POD Email fields.
- Modify the email address as required.
- Click Save Settings for this to take effect against any new bookings made.
