If you don't want to receive a copy of your order bookings via email when you book Royal Mail shipments, you need to remove your email address as follows:

  1. Go to https://emea.netdespatch.com 
  2. Log in with your user ID and password.
  3. Click 'My Profile' at the top (near logout). 
  4. Click Edit beside the Settings section showing the Booking Email, Confirmation Email and POD Email fields.
  5. Modify the email address as required.
  6. Click Save Settings for this to take effect against any new bookings made.
