The Collection Ready Time setting in your DHL Parcel UK settings in Shiptheory allows you to control for which day your shipments are booked for collection. For example, if the setting is set to 3 PM, shipments booked before 3 PM will be booked with a collection date of today and any shipments booked after this time will be booked for the next working day.
If you have a Daily Collection arranged with your DHL Parcel UK depot, you will be able to set the Collection Ready Time and Latest Collection Time settings to any time of day to enable you to be able to continue to book shipments to later into the evenings.
To unlock the Collection Ready Time and Latest Collection Time settings, you will need to enable the Deferred API Enabled? setting.
Navigate to your DHL Parcel UK settings in Shiptheory and in the bottom-left click the grey Advanced Settings icon.
Scroll down to the Weekend Collections settings and set Deferred API Enabled? to "Yes, Enabled on account":
Once enabled, you can scroll back up to the Collection Ready Time and Latest Collection Time settings and update these to the collection time arranged with your DHL Parcel UK depot:
Click Save.
