The message:


 "Despatch Bay accepted the shipment. Tracking number not provided"


May occur for two reasons:

  1. If the Carrier/Delivery Service you are shipping with is not a tracked service.
  2. If your Despatch Bay account has an account balance of £0 or less, Shiptheory will be unable to return tracking numbers or print labels from your Despatch Bay account. Add credit to your balance in Despatch Bay to receive full functionality.
