If you are using our Automatic printing app and are using an Apple Mac (OSX) and find certain labels are printing landscape instead of portrait, you will need to change a setting in our print client.
Open the print client
Click the printers tab
You should see 2 columns, Width and Height
Specify the width and height of your labels in inches . eg. width 4 , height 6 you should be all set.
