If you're having issues with your Shiptheory account, and there are no available help documents in our FAQ section, you can contact us directly by submitting a support ticket.
1. In your Shiptheory dashboard, on the left side, you can see Contact Support. Click it.
2. A pop up box will appear where you can enter the details of your concern. Type in the subject which is the main issue, followed by the details in the main body. After you type the subject, and go to the body of the message, notice that help articles will appear on the right side of the window. You can check these articles and see if they can be of any help.
You can also attach a file related to the issue at hand, or take a screenshot of an error in your screen.
If everything is set, you can click on Submit.
