In your DX 1-Man & 2-Man settings, you can specify whether shipments are being sent to private or commercial addresses.
Head to the advanced settings section in your DX 1-Man/2-Man settings:
Locate the Private Addresses option:
Here you can select whether:
- All shipments are sent to private addresses
- All shipments are sent to commercial addresses
- Automatically detect address type
The auto-detect option will look for a company/business name in the recipient's address to determine whether it is private or commercial.
