Shiptheory Support

So long as you have defined your tag in Shiptheory, you can use it in your shipping rules.

Your available conditions are:

• IN: If your shipment has ANY of the tags LISTED in the rule associated with it, then match the rule.
• NOT IN: If your shipment has NONE of the tags LISTED in the rule associated with it, then match the rule. 
• EMPTY: If your shipment has NO TAGS ASSOCIATED with it at all, then match the rule.

Once you have selected your field and conditions, you can select your list of tags.
