If you see this error when attempting to book a consignment through DX Freight 1 man you may encounter the following error message: "DX 1-Man error: (1) (F014) Invalid ConsignmentReference2 length".
To resolve this you will need to reach out to the DX Freight support team at ITCustomerIntegration@dxdelivery.com to request for them to increase the consignment reference 2 limit set on your account. When contacting them you will need to provide your account number, this can be located by navigating to Carriers -> DX Freight 1-man -> DX account number as shown below.
