Connecting your TPN account to with Shiptheory and starting booking deliveries through The Pallet Network is quick and easy! The steps below will get you going in no time:



Before you start

Your TPN account will need to be enabled to work with Shiptheory.


Simply contact your TPN depot or the TPN Operations team directly (0121 313 4000, opt. 3) and ask for web integrations to be enabled so you can use Shiptheory. Your account should be enabled immediately whilst on the phone.


Alternately, you can ask our Support Team to do this for you. We will need your Account Depot, TPN Username and trading name.



Connecting Your TPN account

From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the 'Manage Carriers' option from the drop-down menu:


From the next page, scroll down to Connect a New Carrier Account and click on the TPN logo:


The Pallet Network will be activated on your Shiptheory account and you will be redirected to the TPN carrier settings page.


Enter your TPN Connect online account Username, Password, Account Number and Depot Number into the respective fields.


Your Username and Password are the same that you use to log into your TPN Connect Dashboard. Once logged in, click to create a new consignment and your Account ID and Depot Number will be displayed at the top of the page.


Once you have entered your details, click the 'Test Connection' button below to verify your details are correct and Shiptheory can connect to your account. All going well, you should see this:


If you receive an error, double-check you have typed your username and password are correct and try again. If you have not contacted The Pallet Network to enable Shiptheory to work with your TPN account, please follow the instructions above under "Before you start".
