It's easy to connect your Deutsche Post and Shiptheory accounts. The steps below will guide you on how to do so.


Before you get started...

You will need to get in touch with your local Deutsche Post Sales Contact to request that your Deutsche Post account is authorised to book shipping labels via Shiptheory. Once you have received confirmation that your account has been authorised, you're good to move on to the next step.


Connecting Deutsche Post

From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the 'Manage Carriers' option from the drop-down menu:


On the next page, scroll down until you see 'Deutsche Post' listed, and next to it, select 'Enable':


The carrier will be activated on your Shiptheory account and you will be redirected to the Deutsche Post carrier settings Page.


Enter your Account Number and select the currency and nature of your Deutsche Post shipments:


Then, click the 'Test Connection' button below to verify your details and connect your accounts. All going well, you should see:


If you receive an error, double-check you have typed your credentials correctly and try again.
