The tracking number must be unique for each consignment. If you notice that you have the same tracking number/consignment number for all your Palletforce shipments, it means we have not added ranges for your account yet.


This is something Shiptheory Support need to do in the back end system and should be done before you start shipping with Palletforce. If for some reason this was not done on your behalf, please contact us so we can set it up for you.
