When submitting a shipment to an address in Ireland, ParcelForce returns this error message:
Error: RecipientAddress/AddressLine3 is required
ImporterAddress/AddressLine3 is required
What can I do?
Parcelforce requires all shipments to Ireland include a county name. Please check the recipient/delivery address includes the correct county name and retry. Shiptheory will automatically map this to the AddressLine3 field.
Please do not include "County" in the county name, e.g "Kildare" rather than "County Kildare"
