There are a few reasons why the Shiptheory Print Client might not be picking up your printer, I've included a checklist below for a couple of things to look for when you're trying to figure out why your printer isn't appearing within the Shiptheory Print Client


  • Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to the computer with the Shiptheory print client installed
  • Log out of the Shiptheory client, click on the app tray in the bottom right of your screen, right-click on the Shiptheory print client and select quit. Then log back in, this will refresh the client and allow any newly connected printers to appear.
