1. Log in with your user ID at: https://emea.netdespatch.com


2. Under the Order Management menu, select the Cancel option.


3. Select reference type as: Your Reference (This will be either the order id or the shipment id) (shown below):


4. Enter a reason (if required) for the cancellation


5. Click the Cancel button.


6. Click on Confirm Cancel.


7. Click on OK on the message.


8. You will now receive a message advising Booking has been cancelled.
